Plaid Christmas on the Front Porch
Last weekend I did the finishing touches to the front porch. Again with me running out of time and energy I didn't do as much as I had planned.
Here is the area to the right of the front door.
I love this plaid Santa that I got at Pier 1 this year.
On the bench I put a throw, wreath and some presents to coordinate with the Santa.
I wanted to do some garland around the front door but didn't get around to it. At least I got the greenery drops under the lights.
I added my small skates that I got at Goodwill a few years ago to the wreath.
I added some greenery to the urns and lanterns at the steps of the porch.
Now that I am finally done with Christmas maybe I can plan my New Year Eve table and actually get it done.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

So beautiful. I really wish I had a porch. Your's is absolutely cozy and welcoming. Love all of it but your plaid santa is adorable. TFS
ReplyDeleteSo cozy! I love your porch and am more than a bit envious. We can't do that in the wet of a PNW winter.
ReplyDeleteRed is the best color this year and your home certainly shows it off! I am red with jealousy over your front door! It's gorgeous AND symmetrical. I would kill for that! Loving the plaid throw and your wreaths! They look great. Thanks for joining us this busy season and every week!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
I love what you did with your bench! I need to do something more with mine next year.
