It's bird season in the dining room

Now that I started a bird theme on the dining room table I have continued it onto the buffet.  I brought out the scales again and a bird print.

Just added some pumpkins, berries and leaves for a more simple look.  I love this bird print that I got at Joanne Fabric.

These scales that I have are perfect decorating any season.  More of the bird theme with a nest on one side.

I also decided to change out the decor on top of the wine barrel.  It just needed a little bit of Fall color.

Next area to do is the corner shelf and the chair in the corner.  Come back and see what I did with them.

  4. Jody,
Amazing featuring Bird Season in the Dining Room, dear friend!
I am quite smitten with your scales! Love the bird's nest on one side!
I l o o k for accessories that say "Autumn" vs Fall. . .this print is gorgeous!
I always thought "Mr. Ed" would be more of a hunter, as in Pheasant hunting.
Instead, he prefers Fly Fishing for Trout!
    Fondly,

    1. Thanks Pat. I got the scales from Decor Steals a couple of years ago. Best purchase I made from there. The bird print is from Joanne Fabrics. They have three different bird prints.

    1. Thank you. Joann's had three different pictures when I went there. We have been having a few cool days in between the hot ones. It is going to warm this weekend but it is suppose to be cooler with rain on Monday and Tuesday and then right back to warm weather.
