Woodland tablescape in kitchen

I hated to change out the poinsettias plates but I was wanting to use these woodland plates this year also.  I have a few different set of plates so I am trying to use them all this year.  I am still using the plaid and poinsettia theme for this tablescape but in a different way.  I got these plates last year at Wal-Mart and I noticed this year they added the owls so I just had to get some.

I love these plates.  There is also a scene with a house but I only have four spots at this table.  I have two of each plate if I want to use them in the dining room.  Here are the close ups of each plate.

I saw these little wheel barrows and thought they would be great to use with a tablescape.  They are actually ornaments that I bought at Wal-Mart.   They are so adorable.  It is amazing what you can find there.

Now for the centerpiece.  I thought that my birdhouse that I have on my hutch in the basement would go perfect with the woodland theme.  I just added some greenery, berries, pinecones and these gorgeous poinsettia picks that I found at Hobby Lobby.

I still kept with the poinsettia and plaid theme as before just changing a few things made a difference.

    1. Thank you. I think that it is a chickadee also. We have some that hang around our yard and they look like that. I have two of every plate so I can have different options. Have a great day!

    1. I think that they have had them for a few years now. I bought mine last year and this year they added the owl. They had all of the scenes this year plus they had some cookie jars and platters. They also carry the dinner plates that have the holly and berries only. Thank you and have a Merry Christmas!!

I got five different patterns now I see yours with the red cardinal and brown bird. No where in any of the 8 walmarts near my home in California carried that plate.I was excited to get the owl one.Merry Christmas to you and your family.Susie
