Missing my garden shed

With all the magazines having the Fall issues it is making me miss my garden shed from our previous house.  I loved to decorate it for Fall.  We are not able to have any out buildings in our current neighborhood ( another reason why I wouldn't mind moving).  Pretty soon it will be time to get out the Fall decorations.  Here are a few photos of my Fall garden shed.

There was also a pond next to the shed.  I sure do miss feeding my koi. Don't you just love my Charlie Brown tree?  That's what I reminded me of when we saw it at the garden center.

We are still working on the master bathroom so I don't have any current pictures to show and of course they are still working on the covered roof for the deck.  This is dragging out way too long now.  We thought that they would have been finished by now.  I am so tired of having all my patio furniture stored under the deck and not able to use it.  We haven't been able to eat outside at all this season so far.  I am having al fresco withdrawl.

  1. Your sheld and garden are fabulous. I would miss those too.

  2. I would miss it terribly, too! You decorated it so beautifully. Thx for sharing! :)

  3. What a pretty shed - no wonder you miss it. I hope to have something similar in our new house and look forward to decorating it for the seasons.

  4. I see why you miss your garden shed, it is so pretty! and I hope the work gets done soon...I know it can be frustrating. I have my fingers crossed for you!

  5. Hey Jody, your shed is darling....I'd enjoy that, too. Can't wait to see your post about your deck, etc. It will be worth the wait. I found your link at Maria's party today.

  6. Love the way you decorate it! So pretty!

  7. I would miss that shed too, it's beautiful. I love fall! My shed is not so cute, it's my studio for my Etsy shop, but it works. Hope to see you Friday for our Anything Goes linky.

  8. Oh I so need your shed - mine is hanging on a slant and it's the ugliest thing - a real eye sore !
    Yours is so pretty.....................!

  9. Oh honey, I feel your pain!!! We are not allowed any outside bulidings either. We moved to a fabulous 55 plus community almost 2 years ago and love it but I WANT a potting shed SO bad!!! WE built a deck, patio and pond as we had a pond in the last house. Come on over if you want to see. I LOVE your shed decorated for fall and your pond was gorgeous!!!

  10. Awww! It's a shame that you had to leave such a gorgeous property behind. I love the look of the garden shed, and the garden itself. That rocky pond is something special as well. I really think that you have a great eye for beauty. I guess it can't be helped now that you're not allowed to build an out-house structure, but I guess you can divert those energies to beautifying the interiors of your new home. Thank you so much for sharing that gem. All the best to you!

  11. It's easy to see why you miss your garden shed! Looks so festive all decked out for Fall. We have the perfect spot for one up on our hill behind our pond less waterfall. We just had someone remove the sod, but I'm afraid it's going to be a while before we actually get one built. Thanks for sharing with SYC.

  12. What a pretty garden shed you had. Must have been hard to say good-bye to it. I did pin it to my Garden Shed board. I love the way you had it decorated for Fall. Very festive.
