Basement bathroom is finally done!

At the end of my last post I showed a can of spray paint and some cording.  Well here is what I did with them.  I decided to put picture frame molding around the mirror in the bathroom to dress it up a bit. Once I got everything glued and painted the frame I noticed that I forgot to paint the back of the molding the same color and you could see the white reflection in the mirror.  I can't believe that I did that again.  In our last house I did the same thing but noticed it before I glued it on.  But of course I completely forgot and just glued these on.

Here is a before picture of the bathroom when we moved in.
I really hate the color of the floor tile, but I didn't want to go to the trouble of ripping it out since this is just the basement bathroom.  I painted the vanity and walls, added a new shower curtain, new light shades ( since when I added the molding they were too wide), picture frame moulding around the mirror and some decor.

Here is a picture before the  moulding was painted.
I thought about leaving it white but I think that it needed some contrast, so I painted it a dark brown and put a bronze metallic glaze over it.  I also painted the shelf that I bought that is above the toilet since it had a red tone to it.
Now as I said before I forgot to paint the back side of the moulding so my bright idea was to take some cording and spray paint it brown.  Once I did that I hot glued it to the mirror, then I put the bronze glaze over that and put polyurethane over everything.  I also dressed it up a little bit more by hot gluing buttons on the corners.  Here is a better close up of the cording and buttons.
I also had to replace the glass shades since the old ones were to wide and would not clear the moulding.  I found these at Home Depot.  They have parchment over them that looks like leaves.
The rest of the pictures are of the decor.  I think that I need to put a shelf under the picture of the tub to fill in the space, any suggestions?

One more look at the mirror.
I have only been working on this bathroom since last summer since I don't have the luxury of getting to work on projects when I work 6 days a week.  I do the best that I can with my time but I still have a lot more work to do with our house.  We still have our master bath to tackle, I don't want to show anyone this room since it look like it belongs in the 80's even though our house was built in 2001.  I also need to work on the two bedrooms in the basement plus our bedroom.  Maybe I can get it all done by the time we move again, we have moved five times in our 13 year marriage.
