Plaid tiddings to you dining room
I think that I have gone mad. Mad for plaid that is. What doesn't scream Christmas but plaid. This year I have used different plaid patterns in my dining room.
I used two different plaid table runners to mix with my plaid plates. I also mixed my Merry Christmas script napkins with another plaid pattern napkin. I was going to add some plaid to the glasses but I thought that would be too much.
The chandelier also got a little bit of plaid tucked into it.
The buffet got more of the plaid treatment with the Santa and the plaid balls.
I even added a small Santa to the wine barrel next to the buffet.
I made up three candlesticks for the centerpiece. I made the Christmas greenery candle rings for each candlestick. They also have curled plaid ribbon tucked in.
One last look at the table.

ReplyDeleteI have been mad for plaid for years. I used it in my kitchen last year; but this year it landed in my entry. Love your runners, the dishes, and the candlesticks you decorated! Thanks for sharing with Creating Christmas.
