It's that time of year again

I don't know about you but I like to start listening to Christmas music the first of November.  It relaxes me and gets me in the mood to decorate.  I have already picked up a few new items for this year.

The Santa and the lantern are from Pier 1 and the snowman head is from Kirkland's. I wanted two of the lanterns but they only had one in the store so I ordered another online.

The Santa is from Pier 1, the Merry Christmas sign is from Kirkland's and the snow globe is from HomeGoods

I love this snow globe. It is battery operated and it blows the snow every few seconds.  It has a four hour timer or you can just leave it on.

I will be using this Santa for my woodland theme that I am going to do in my basement this year.

The rest of the items I will probably use in my formal living room or the entry.

  1. Cute santas! I like the Merry Christmas sign. I was clearing out some old signs I have to donate, but think I will try to make that Merry Christmas sign with some of the old signs. Thanks for the inspiration!

    1. Your welcome. This sign looks easy enough make myself but I have a feeling I wouldn't have time.

  2. Jody, your new purchases are wonderful and I even like how you've grouped them altogether now! You've definitely put me in the mood for decorating - haven't bought anything new yet but am sure perusing the stores!

    1. Thank you Lori. It's funny that I thought the same thing. I am planning on using the small Santa somewhere else but the rest will probably be used in the same room. Have a wonderful weekend!

  3. Hi Jody! Where did the year go? I feel like summer was just yesterday, lol. You've got some super cute kinds. How neat that the snow globe has a timer! I could listen to Christmas 365, lol. Jane
