Spring tablescape in the dining room

Since I don't have all of my Spring decor unpacked I decided to do a simple Spring/Easter tablescape in the dining room.  I stayed with the theme of carrots, cabbage and bunnies as on the buffet.

My soup tureen is a cabbage although not green like the plates but I thought it would coordinate well enough.

Now if I can find a few more items to decorate my kitchen and living room.   Most of my Spring flowers are still packed away so I will probable be limited to using greenery this year in the kitchen unless I feel like climbing over boxes in the craft room.

  2. How cute! I especially like the place settings with the cabbage plates, carrots and love the napkin rings! Are you sure you don't want to climb over all the boxes to get out more of your spring décor...I'm sure it's calling your name!

    1. Thank you Lori. You know I actually did climb over a few just to get that soup tureen out. I knew that I saw it in there. I might have to try and get to the back of the room so I can find my flowers. I still need to decorate the front porch. We are suppose to have nice weather this weekend.

  11. So pretty. I need to follow suit. I've never had a formal dining room until we moved here a year ago. I've just ignored it, mostly...I need to spruce it up! :)

    1. Thank you. I still haven't ventured to the back of the room yet. I don't know where to put the boxes once I get them out of the way.

    1. Thank you Linda. Living in the foothills in Colorado we don't have a very long Spring. We had a very mild February and I have bulbs coming up and the grass is starting to turn green. Of course all of this can change in a second. We still get snow here in April and sometimes May.
