Top 5 posts of 2015

It is hard to believe that this year is almost over.  Where does the time go?  Seems like the older I get the faster it goes.  Today I thought I would share with you my top 5 posts for 2015.  Some of them surprised me.

Lets start with #5. Funny Bunny Tablescape

#4 is Getting organized

#3 is French Country table

#2 is Little changes in the kitchen

And #1 is my biggest surprise.  It is My birthday.  Who would have thought that a poem I found to tell my Dad how much I love and miss him would be so popular.  My Dad and I shared the same birthday so sometimes I don't feel like celebrating mine.  This coming birthday in January will be my 50th and would have been my dad's 93rd.

  1. Great posts - fun to "relive" them. Nice tribute to your dad, no wonder it was number 1. Happy New Year! Hope you are loving being in your new home now.

    1. Thanks Lori. Things are settling down here at the new home. I still have lots of painting and decorating to go. I will start with the kitchen in January. I need to pick out a color and I want to change the island a little bit. I am thinking about covering the drywall with bead board and trim and add some corbels. With all the snow and cold weather we have been having I am ready for Spring. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

    1. Thank you Patti. I wish I still had those shelves. I don't have that kind of storage in our new home. Happy New Year to you and your family.

  3. It was great seeing the top posts - some of my favorites, as well! No surprise that the one about your Dad was #1! I'll be 50 this January as well.... I didn't share the same birthday with my Dad, but his was in January as well. This year marks 9 years since he went to his heavenly reward...he would have been 81. Thank you for sharing the poem again.
    Happy New Year!
