This is so pretty and on a small table no need for a centerpiece. Love it in front of the fireplace!
ReplyDeleteThank you. It is the perfect size for that area.
DeleteLove those wine glasses! Your table does look wonderfully romantic in front of the fire. We are staying home too and might even do a fondue as well! You are amazing, doing all this at 7 am!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I got the glasses at my favorite place Pier 1. Now I just need to find the movie for us to watch that night.
DeleteYour table Skype is so exquisite that anyone would enjoy sitting down in front of your fireplace and having tea. Your crystal glassware was outstanding and very appealing. If you get a chance come visit my tablescape and share the snow flights.
ReplyDeleteHugs Pam
Thank you. I just visited your blog and was looking at some of your older posts and I have to say that those swim suits frogs are so cute. You have so many wonderful tablescapes. Have a great day!

DeleteWhat a beautiful table setting! Happy Valentines Day Jody!
ReplyDeleteThank you and you have a happy Valentines too!
DeleteThat is beautiful!! Might make the take out I get look that much better!! ha/ha
ReplyDeleteAny meal looks great next to a fireplace. The only thing I will be using that night is the glasses. I have to make room for the fondue pot and fixings. I have some divided plates so you can have your sauces and meat separate.
DeleteI wholeheartedly agree! Fireplaces add more emotional warmth and texture to any room, as much as to the proceedings in it. Anyway, I'm sure that Valentine's date will turn out real well and romantic. Keep us posted. All the best! :)

We try to eat in front of it as much as possible when the weather is cold.
DeleteLove your beautiful Valentine tablescape by the fireplace! I would love to have your fondue recipes if you are willing to share! Happy Valentine's Day!

I got mine from The Melting Pot cookbook. Our favorites are the garlic herb cheese fondue and the coq au vin cooking style. They have so many different ones. I found this site that has some of their recipes http://fonduefanatics.com/fondue-recipes/. You might want to see if any of those would work. If you like I can send you the ingredients for the one that we do.
DeleteThanks Jody! I found a few good recipes on the site you recommended.
DeleteBlessings,
Lanita
