This year my dining room is silver, gold and a touch of white. My inspiration is the song Silver & Gold sung by Burl Ives. When I hear that I think of him as the snowman telling the story of Rudolph. So I added a touch of white to represent the snowman.
Here is the top of the buffet. I used my gold Merry Christmas large plate, Santa and reindeer. I added two of my soup tureens for the white and some ornaments in gold and silver. The snow globe is white and silver with reindeer and trees inside.
I put one of my Santas on the wine barrel next to the buffet.
For the table I used another one of my soup tureens and my gold and white nutcrackers. I just added some greenery and gold and silver accents. I love the little Santa boots in gold that I got at Wal-Mart last year.
For the plate setting I started with a gold charger, white plate and I used three salad plates with gold and silver stars and three other salad plates with gold and silver snowflakes. The wine glasses are frosted with silver snowflakes. I also added a white and silver reindeer ornament on the napkins.
It was hard to get a good picture of the chandelier. Here are a couple of the best pictures I could get. It looks better in person

Lovely and elegant. Your centerpiece is gorgeously lush -- loved the use of greenery as the base.
